The FT Weekend Magazine commissioned Gnomic to make pictures for a story titled The Future of War. The assignment took us to Lockheed Martin’s corporate headquarters in Crystal City to photograph test pilot Billie Flynn wearing the $500,000 F-35 helmet, and Aberdeen Proving Grounds, where the Department of Defense is developing next-generation warfighting technologies.
